Distilled Wine
The distilled (burnt wine) or brandy is a spirit which is distilled of fermented grape juice. The fermentation usually takes place in casks and marketed with an alcohol content of 36-60%.
Typically, the beverage is consumed after dishes. The most renowned sort is the French cognac and this is also the reason why distilled wine is most often called under the same name in Hungary.
